The 2021 Paradise Hills Vineyard Mythicvs, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, is a barrel selection of the more powerful, concentrated lots, usually from the same 3 or 4 blocks. Deep garnet-purple in color, it needs a little swirling to conjure up notions of creme de cassis, blueberry pie, mulberries, and dark chocolate plus touches of garrigue, iron ore, and dusty soil. The full-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated juicy black fruits supported by firm yet wonderfully velvety tannins and well-knit freshness, finishing very long and pure.
