The Cabernet Sauvignon-dominated 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Prince of Hearts Red Paradise Hills Vineyard is another juicy, delicious wine from this estate, and at the price, it certainly represents value. Giving up plenty of black fruits, smoked earth, chocolate, and leafy herbs as well as a hint of new leather, it hits the palate with beautiful purity of fruit, medium to full body, nicely integrated acidity, and a clean, classy style that’s going to drink beautifully for 10–15 years.
