Sheep 2025

One thousand sheep grazed in our vineyard this spring. Four lambs were born. Our Paradise Hills Vineyard is farmed organically. Sheep eat the grass, loosen up top soil and fertilize the vines. Their grazing prevents soil compaction from heavy tractors and improves the health of the vineyard.
