Based on 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and the rest Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Proprietary Red is absolutely stunning with its iron-laced darker fruits as well as nuances of chocolaty herbs, graphite, and leafy tobacco. Rich and full-bodied, it has a dense, concentrated mid-palate and ripe yet focused tannins that lend precision and length to the finish. It’s a stunning example of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that will have 25+ years of overall longevity.
