The 2016 ‘Prince of Hearts’ Rosé is utterly captivating. Cold fermented in 100% new French barrels and aged for a year prior to bottling, this begins with gorgeous aromas of white peach and tropical fruits, woven together with citrus, dried herbs and minerals.
